My adaptability to changing circumstances is something I am proud of but did not include on my resume. I’d been to a camp with few options for staying and eating. It was difficult due to the bitter cold and a lack of clothing, but I went on a hunt, collected some rocks, and built a fire for myself and my colleagues, and we made it through the night. That way, I know I can adapt to any situation.

I believe, understanding of group dynamics is one of my strongest assets. I am a groupie who enjoys working and collaborating with others on a variety of initiatives. So, when it comes to assigning tasks, developing material, or working across several sections of a project, I have the ability to provide clear instructions and ensure that our assignment is accomplished in accordance with our aims and goals.

It is the most difficult decision I have to make when I have to choose amongst the strong members of the promotion team. Despite preferring one individual over another, there have been times when I had to chose another based on their willingness to accept the responsibilities of their new job. On several times, I’ve had to encourage younger staff over older employees, primarily because they had more technical experience and were more likely to work overtime. It’s never simple, but at the end of the day, you have to examine who will be the most vital and successful in the new location.

Yes, I was a team leader in the sales department at my former employment, and I managed a team of five people. They were all recent college graduates working full-time for the first time. It was also my first time leading a group, and I had a fantastic time. We used to have a daily sales target, and I would encourage them to meet it and then go above and beyond. Although there are many qualities to look for in a good leader, these two, in my opinion, should be present. I consider myself to be a determined and confident individual. These two qualities in me, I believe, will allow me to lead effectively.

Responding to the situation rather than reacting to the stress is more important to me. This actually helps me deal with an emergency situation without panicking. I can communicate effectively with customers, which keeps me stress-free. I learned this over time and am now well aware of how to keep the stress relievers at bay.
