You can make the request for Refund and cancellation via Instamojo.

The refund and cancellation charges will be applicable as per the scenario:

As you have paid online and having some problems and want a refund of your payment. We would request you to create a case in Instamojo and we will refund your money from there. If you don’t know the process, please search google for how to create case in instamojo. Your refund will reflect in your account in 7 working days.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can make request and get a full refund.
• If there is any partial cancellation of any Product, please contact our customer care.
• The refund and cancellation charges will be applicable 10% on the base fare.(Extra)

  • For the Students requesting for refund of online classes and providing a partial refund case, where in they are not satisfied with one particular section then there will be only partial refund to the buyer.
  • All the rights to provide complete refund are reserved by PrepInsta (Seller) and it would the Final decision by the Seller to provide the required refund.
  • Note: You need to request for refund within 7 days of purchase of the module.
