How to answer these Questions negative about you ?

Possible Answer:-

My biggest flaw is that I tend to get too caught up in the nuances of a project and spend too much time scrutinising the finer points.
I’ve been trying to get better at this by checking in with myself at regular intervals and allowing myself to refocus on the big picture. That way, I can maintain quality without jeopardising my productivity or the team’s ability to meet the deadline.”

Possible Answer :-

At WMU, I work in an academic department that hosts a large event for both students and employers every year.
Employers come to talk to students about their industry and what jobs are available at their firms. It was my duty to transport many items from campus to the event site, one of which was the employer registration packets.Their nametags, schedules, parking passes, and other items were included in the packets.
It wasn’t until the employers arrived that I realised I had forgotten about them, so it was a bit of a whirlwind.I drove back to campus, got the packets, and handed them out to any employer who came before the packets were ready.
I apologised to them as well as my manager for the inconvenience. To ensure that I don’t miss something, I now make a list of anything I need to bring to a meeting or case.
To double-check my job, I cross-reference my list with what I gathered.

Possible Answer:-

I have a hard time letting go of a project at times.
I’m the harshest critic of myself.I’m still looking for ways to develop or change things.I set revision deadlines for myself to help me progress in this field. This ensures that I don’t alter anything at the last minute.

Possible Answer:-

Delegation is an environment where I can change.
My natural leadership abilities often find me as the “leader” on a group project in class, where I delegate tasks and keep everyone on track.
However, I have a bad habit of doing so many small pieces that should be distributed among my classmates.I reevaluated what I was doing after realising I was doing more work than the other members of my school.
I soon realised that if I divided the tasks more evenly, I could handle the project much more effectively and get more done.

Possible Answer:-

Although I enjoyed my tenure at my former employer, there are no longer many opportunities for advancement that fit with my professional objectives. This role is a perfect fit for my skill set and how I want to progress in my career.

FAQ On one negative thing about you-

Why did you get a backlog in 2nd semester. did you not prepare well ?

I had a backlog in the 2nd semester as long as that backlog has been covered up. The only disadvantage one could think of having a backlog in the 1st year generally is that from 2nd year more of the core concepts in your field are being thought and one is dividing studying time to the backlog as well as the core concepts which may lead to a student understanding neither of the concepts.

What are your weaknesses ?

Weaknesses are tricky to talk about, so you need to be careful when sharing examples of yours. You don’t want to knock yourself out of contention for the job because the interviewer thinks you’re not qualified. You do want your answer to be honest, but as positive as possible.

What is the biggest mistake you have made in your career?

Speaking honestly, I do not believe in mistakes. Said more precisely, I do not dwell much on them, thinking what could have been or should have been, if I made another decision somewhere in the past. At the end of the day, we try our best. We decide according to the information and knowledge we have. Of course our dreams and priorities change as life progresses. But I think it would be stupid to say that it was a mistake that I did not accept some job in the past, or the promotion they offered me in the company. I simply made a decision which I considered best at a moment of making it. We cannot turn back the clock, so it makes no sense to return to the situation…
