Answer:

My strength is that I am a humble person who completes tasks on time and strives to offer my all. I am adaptable, fast to learn, and coachable. My weakness is that I easily trust others. If any work assigned to me is incomplete, I will feel stressed until the work is completed. I attempt to improve my weaknesses.

Answer:

I’ve always had a strict routine, and it’s tough for me to make abrupt adjustments to it. As a result, working on rotating shifts would be inconvenient for me because it would interfere with my other responsibilities.

Different team members contribute in different ways. Each member’s input, though, is equally significant. Everyone’s input is crucial, from the individual designing the plan to the one performing the most mundane jobs.

Working under pressure is good because it will help me be much more effective and complete my tasks on time, whereas too much pressure can affect someone psychologically, potentially reducing performance and leading to stress. Answer:

In my perspective, hard work and smart work are two distinct approaches to completing a single task. Alternatively, they are two sides of the same coin! It is dependent on the length or complexity level of the assignment, on which a measured quantity of hard effort and clever work can be spent – together! I’ve learned to adapt to my surroundings and subject myself properly. If the deadline is only two days away, I am a good worker. I work on many aspects of the function that clients require, which can have long-term consequences. If we only have two months to complete a mission, we focus on the details and work relentlessly to generate outcomes. Intensive work frequently produces wonderful outcomes, but it requires more effort and time. I work hard or wisely depending on the situation.

Answer:

You should not hire me if you want someone who will not go above and beyond for the good of the firm. When it comes to projects or office work, I am the type of person that believes in giving my all. So that I can provide them as soon as feasible and as correctly as possible. This enables me to maximize the company’s productivity.

Question 14: Why do you want to join TCS being a Non-IT student?

Answer:

There are no limits in engineering. The branches are linked together. As a result, even though programming is not my core competency, I have always been interested in it. By working in IT, I will be able to learn more about coding and computer science in general, which I will be able to use in the future in my discipline.
