If the profit of P increase by 50%

Then its profit will be

= \frac{200*(100+50)}{100}

= 300 (1000 dollars)

Now the export cost is = 450 (1000 dollars)

So, the import cost has to be

= 450 - 300

=150 (1000 dollars)

So, the amount of importing wheat will be

= 150/2

= 75 (metric tonnes)

Hence the average profit made by 6 countries by exporting Rice and importing wheat is

The total export is
