Question 5: Do you have any medical issues?

Answer:

I have a minor problem where I get headaches when staring at a computer screen for an extended period of time. I saw an ophthalmologist, who prescribed me some medications, and I try to rest my eyes for a few minutes in between tasks. My performance in past jobs was unaffected, and the issue is mainly under control.

After a few jobs, I was on my way to being an expert and was able to assist many of the others who joined me.

Answer:

I used to arrange study groups for students who were having difficulty. I founded the club, which grew from a small group to a college-wide organization. It was a free program where students could share their knowledge. I used to be in charge of everything, including scheduling classes, recruiting mentors to teach, developing the curriculum, and so on. The most difficult thing was probably finding timetables that worked for everyone.
