Question 1: Tell me about yourself.

Answer:

First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Supriya, and I’m from Telangana. I received a bachelor’s in information technology from ABC University. I received an 82 percent for Intermediate and an 85 percent for High School from the State Board. My hobbies include shuttles, music, and educating children. My strengths include the capacity to work independently, good leadership abilities, adaptability to a wide range of settings, and a willingness to help others. My weakness is that I don’t feel at ease until I’ve finished my work and am polite. So there you have it.

Answer:

Success is when you accomplish something you set out to do. When you are determined to achieve your goal, you work hard and eventually succeed. It is something when you achieve your goals and live your ideal lifestyle.

Answer:

The headquarters of Mindtree is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Questions 4: Are you a difficult person?

Answer:

I’d like to believe that I’m not difficult to work with. I’ve always been someone who gets along with everyone. I attended various workshops and symposiums in college, where I met new people and made friends. And I’m still in contact with many of them. So I can say that I am not a difficult person or someone who struggles to get along with others.

Question 5: Describe a time when you had to display leadership skills.

Answer:

I used to organize study groups for students who were struggling. I was the founder, and what began as a small group grew into a college-wide club. It was a free program in which students exchanged knowledge. I used to be in charge of everything, including scheduling classes, recruiting mentors to teach, developing a curriculum, and more. Creating timetables that worked for everyone was probably the most difficult part.

Answer:

Mindtree Ltd is a multinational Indian information technology services and consulting firm headquartered in Bangalore. It is a part of the Larsen & Toubro Group. The company was founded in 1999 and now employs over 23,000 people.

Question 7: Are you willing to relocate?

Answer:

I’d like to relocate for the sake of my career. It’s a fantastic way for me to meet new people and expand my network. I’m confident that it will also improve my knowledge. I don’t think I’d have any issues with it if the opportunity was acceptable, satisfying, and feasible. Furthermore, I believe that relocation teaches how to change or work with new colleagues.

Answer:

I’ve been told that my criticism can be sharp or harsh at times. Constructive criticism can assist the other person in improving their abilities or performance. So, in recent times, I’ve been attempting to filter my criticism and use words that are encouraging and constructive rather than judgmental or harsh. This practice has greatly aided me in developing trust, respect, and stronger professional relationships.

Well, there are several reasons why I want to work for your company. However, one of the main reasons I want to work for your company is that it has set a standard in the field of education. I am extremely impressed with the “XYZ” project, which has become a case study for professionals like me and has been exemplary work on which your firm has worked.

Answer

I’m a good fit for this job because of my technological expertise, particularly my ability to manage and upgrade websites.

In my most recent position, I was in charge of updating our department’s website. This necessitated updating student and faculty accounts, as well as making public future activities. In my spare time, I learned to code in JavaScript and Swift. I redesigned our website using my coding skills and was praised by our department head and Dean of Students for taking the initiative.

Time management is critical for achieving a smooth and fantastic output. I always make a schedule and complete these tasks on time. I will be able to produce the highest quality work if I complete these tasks on time.

Answer:

Mindtree was founded on August 18, 1999, by Subroto Bagchi, Ashok Soota, Krishnakumar Natarajan, and Anjan Lahiri.

Question 14: What are your hobbies and interests?

Answer:

Having one hobby is fine, but having two that complement each other and help you improve your skills is always preferable. Nothing else could have instilled in me the highest level of calm and self-assurance than my hobbies of practicing Yoga and Meditation. Our working schedule in this industry is extremely hectic, with no time to relax your muscles. We must always be alert and on our toes. So these hobbies of mine have been extremely beneficial in allowing me to take some time out for me and connect with my inner self, thereby bridging the gap between my mind and soul. Yoga and meditation on a daily basis also help me to concentrate better on my work, and I don’t feel lethargic or unmotivated.

Answer:

My family is my greatest source of inspiration. They are my most steadfast supporters as well as my greatest source of strength. It inspires me to work when I see my parents working. Their dedication to their jobs inspires me to do the same. They are self-driven individuals. As a result, I aspire to imbue my own life with their optimism. My father instilled in me the importance of never giving up on a difficult customer. The key is to make an effort to truly understand what the other person wants. This inspires me to pursue new opportunities and take on new risks without fear of failure or abandonment. My mother instills a sense of calm assurance in me. Her ability to know when to work hard and when to relax has impressed me.

Question 16: How do you adapt to change?

Answer:

I believe that adapting to a change is proportional to the magnitude of the change. I once had to relocate to another city for a job. It was a huge challenge for me, especially because I didn’t speak the local language, making it difficult for me to adapt to the environment. It took some time for me to adjust, and I attempted to learn the language as well. I ended up staying for six months, and by the end, it felt like home to me.

I’m now focusing on the present. In addition to the retail experience, there is the possibility of learning how to assist clients with home design. Any learning opportunity that will help me provide quality service to my customers will be welcomed.
