The online test is divided into 3 section followed by an Interview:
Analysis:
The toppers of the initial Objective Round will be considered for this round, so attempt the object section of first Round very carefully.
Advance Coding Round
Analysis:
Note: If you will be able to qualify this round plus Interview Process then your package will get upgraded from 5.01 LPA to 7.8 LPA.
Also you will be eligible for the next round.
Super Achiever Test:
Super Achiever Test has been introduced in 2024 for freshers and Persistent has not released any information regarding this round, but we have two thoughts what might happen here:
Method 1: It can happen after your training in Persistent and will be considered as internal exam, which will be based on your training session.
Method 2: This can be another advance coding round which will happen if you will get selected at 7.8 LPA and after clearing this round your package will be upgraded to 9.3 LPA.
You will be asked question on Computer Science, Logical Reasoning and English
You will be asked questions on Automata Coding in C, C++, Java, Python, Ruby, Pearl, C#
You will be asked questions on the same topic of Automata Coding (This is optional round)

After you clear the online exam you will be selected for technical interview. There will be 2 technical interview rounds.
Topics for technical interview:
If you clear both the technical interviews then there will be an HR interview. HR may ask about your background, hobbies, relocation etc.
This interview round has been started from this year which will be conducted after clearing the Super Achiever test.

You will be provided 1-2 Question of Code and you have to write the code in your preferred language
Same as in Subjective Round but this round is optional. Only for those students who are looking for higher package.
