Yes, I am aware of the fact that my grades in my 12th grade were below average, and I have regretted it from the beginning of my profession. I was an average student throughout my school years, but in 12th grade, I became involved with a terrible influence that completely knocked me off track. I couldn’t understand why my parents were scolding me all year, but one thing that really got to me was the report card. When I saw my grades, I realized why they had been chastising me all year. I resolved to correct my errors from my undergraduate years by removing all those people that were detrimental to me and my career.
I was a decent basketball player and used the sports quota to get into a good institution since I wanted to restart my career. One thing I definitely learned from this is that your companions can make or break you, so choose deliberately who you want to hang out with and work hard to advance your job.

Although there are many attributes to look for in a strong leader, these two, in my opinion, should be present. I consider myself to be a person who is determined. These two attributes in me, I feel, will allow me to lead effectively.
