TCS Ninja Hiring Process 2024 is based on two rounds
Note: As TCS is now conducting the hiring for Ninja profiles via TCS NQT under section named as Foundation Section.
In the written round traits is not included in the off-campus drive. But, it may or may not be included in on-campus drive.

After you clear the cut-off for the Aptitude test, you will be called for the interview round. The Interview Round is conducted in two stages:

In this round, the interviewer mainly wants to see how a candidate is acting in a particular situation. The interviewer also tests the communication skills of a candidate.

Earlier TCS used to conduct a separate exam for Ninja profiles via iON Platform but from this year Ninja has been merged into NQT and Ninja profiles will be hired via TCS NQT only. So there is no difference between Ninja and NQT Hiring.

The aptitude round is the elimination round and the interview round is the selection round. If you clear the the aptitude test you ar 70% there. You need to be calm and confident in the interview rounds
