TCS Ninja Pattern and Eligibility Criteria 2022
For TCS Ninja, the drive is divided into 2 sections:
- Aptitude Test – Those who clear the test with the cut-off decided by TCS will be called for the Interview Process.
- Interview Rounds – Upon successfully clearing this round, the candidates will be offered the job role of Associate System Engineer.

But from the last year due to the pandemic, in the Ninja Hiring process, they conducted only a single round of Interviews (Technical and HR clubbed) in Microsoft Teams.
In this round, the technical skills of a student are being tested. Thus we recommend :
- Choose the technical subjects that you want to include in your CV very carefully.
- Make sure you are confident enough on the subjects you are mentioning on your resume.
This is one of the easiest rounds in the Hiring Process. An interviewer mainly tests how smart a candidate is in this round. The communication skills of a student are also being tested with the help of this round.
