Question 1:- Introduce Yourself.

Answer:-

This is usually asked during the beginning of the interview. Keep your introduction short emphasizing your strengths and relevant skills for the job.

Question 2:- What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Answer:-

Include a few strengths that are in line with the job you are applying for. For example, if your job requires you to talk with people then say your strength is your ability to communicate with people.
Include at least one weakness, do not say you have no weakness. However, refrain from mentioning anything that might make you a weak candidate. For example, if your job requires you to travel do not say your weakness is the fear of going to unknown places.

Question 3:- Tell me about your academic experience. Do you have any backlogs?

Answer:-

Talk about your general college experience.
Which subjects you liked, which you disliked, and so on.
In case of arrears do not lie to the interviewer. If you have any arrears let them know.

Question 4:- Are you open to working night shifts or overtime?

Answer:-

For companies like DXC, there can be times when you have to work for extended hours or on weekends. It is advisable to always say yes to such questions. However, if you have any reasons for not working then let the interviewer know.

Question 5:- Where do you see yourself in five years?

Answer:-

Talk about your future aspirations and where you see yourself in the coming years.

Question 6:- What software do you know?

Answer:-

List out the software that you are familiar with. Do not lie and name something that you don’t know about.

Question 7:- Are you open to relocation?

Answer:-

DXC has a lot of branches all over the country and they can place you in any of their offices depending on the vacancy. Generally, you should always answer “yes” to such questions.

Question 8:- Will you be able to effectively work from home (remote work)?

Answer:-

With the current pandemic, many workplaces have undertaken work from home and hybrid models. The hired employees are expected to know work from home ethics such that they are working efficiently at home.

Question 9:- What are you expecting from this job?

Answer:-

Tell the interviewer what your expectations from the job and the workplace are. You can include things like career growth, learning new skills, etc. Do not include things like money.

Question 10:- Have you applied for any other drives?

Answer:-

You should be honest when answering this question. As a fresher, it is perfectly reasonable that you are applying for all the drives you are eligible for. Besides, this also shows that you have credible skills and makes you a suitable candidate.

Question 11:- Burning Rope Puzzle

Question:-

There are two ropes. Each of them burns for one hour. They burn unevenly in different parts though – it means that one half can burn for 20 minutes and another half for 40 minutes. In addition, you have a box of matches. Measure 15 minutes!

Question 12:- Crossing the Bridge Puzzle

Question:-

A bridge will collapse in 17 minutes. 4 people want to cross it before it will collapse. It is night and there is only one torch between them. Only two people can cross at a time. “A” takes a minute to cross. “B” takes 2 minutes, “C” takes 5 minutes and “D” takes 10 minutes. How do they all cross before the bridge cross?

Question:-

You are given four different jars of different capacities – 2 liters, 4 liters, 6 liters, and 8 liters respectively with an unlimited water supply.

Then you are asked to measure exactly 5 liters of water using all of them.

There is a 100 floors building.

There are two possible scenes we need to analyze:

If an egg drops from the N’th floor or above it will break.
If it’s dropped from any floor below ‘N’, it will not break
