Applied to over 9k jobs over the past 3 years. Got placed at one and got removed from the role after they discontinued their “project” after 2.5m of hiring. At this point I should just take my own life.
Hello PrepInsta Support Team,
I purchased the TCS Crash Course and completed the payment successfully. I have also received the payment receipt on my registered email ID.
However, after logging into my dashboard, I am unable to see or access the purchased course content.
I have already tried contacting your support team multiple times but have not received any response so far. Additionally, I posted two comments regarding this issue, which are no longer visible on the platform.
This lack of response and removal of comments is concerning. I request you to please resolve this issue immediately by:
• Granting access to the purchased course, or
• Refunding the full amount if access cannot be provided
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
Please treat this as urgent.
I purchased prime for 3 months on October 31, but from many days i am not getting access to it
