Difference Between Wipro WILP and Wipro NTH
Many Students get confused between Wipro NTH and Wipro WILP. Here below you will get to know the difference between Wipro WILP and Wipro NTH . These are two different exams are conducted by Wipro on National Level so that every branch students can get opportunity to work in MNC’s like Wipro.
What is Wipro WILP
Wipro WILP( Work Integrated Learning Program 2024) is a unique learning-integrated program. It offers a opportunity BCA and BSC students to build a career in Wipro. While Working in Wipro they can also pursue their higher education M.tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.
Wipro WILP exam is adaptive in nature. There are 3 rounds in the exam :-
- Online Assessment
- Step Plus
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
The online Assessment consist of these two sections:-
- Aptitude test:– Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative (Each section has 20 minutes/ 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test

Stipend Details
Period: (INR Per Month)
- 1st Year STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
- 2nd Year STIPEND: 17,000 +533 (ESI)
- 3rd Year STIPEND: 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
- Fourth Year: 23,000
Service Agreement:-
On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Qualification:- BCA and BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics
- Year of Passing :- 2024 Year Passout
What is Wipro NTH
Wipro NTH ( National Level Talent Hunt 2024) is a national level hiring of freshers 2024 passouts across all over country. This is the great opportunity for students to get placed in MNC’s like Wipro. The objective of this exam is to give equal opportunity to most deserving talented candidates across all engineering streams in India.
Wipro NTH exam consist of 3 Rounds:-
- Online Assessment
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
The Online Assessment of Wipro NTH consist of 3 sections:-
- Aptitude:- Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability , English (verbal) Ability.
Duration: 48 mins - Written Communication Test -Duration: 20 mins
- Coding Round – 2 Programs (60 min)

- Designation:- Project Engineer
- Salary :- INR 3.50 lacs per annum.

- Year of Passing:- 2024
- Qualification :- B.E./B.Tech / 5 years Integrated-M.Tech in CS/IT/Circuital

Question 1 :- I have two backlogs and less than 50% in class 12th, can apply for the Wipro WILP?
No, You will not be able apply for Wipro WILP Program because the Wipro has clearly mentioned in its Eligibility Criteria that all the Arrears need to be cleared and the required percentage is 60 % through out.
Question 2 :-After getting selected in Wipro WILP Written Exam, how will be the process of interview?
There will be 2 more rounds that is candidates will be required to go through a Technical Interview followed by a HR interview.
Question 3 :- I’m a BBA student , can I apply for the Wipro WILP Program?
No, the Only eligible branches are BCA and B.Sc(Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics).
