Answer:

I like getting involved in the community and volunteering. I enjoy spending my weekends with my dog and have been involved with a few non-profit groups since my undergraduate days. Additionally, I have saved over 50 dogs with the aid of an NGO. They now reside in the shelter peacefully.

As a fresh college graduate, I am aware that my lack of professional experience. But, the traditional experience cannot adequately gauge the qualifications I provide. Your organization moves quickly, therefore being able to prioritize well is crucial to success.

For me, the job has always been more important than the money. Of course, it’s necessary to earn enough to support oneself. I have, however, held positions in the past that paid well but left me miserable. Instead of making a ton of money doing a job I hate going to every day, I would much rather make it with a fulfilling career that allows me to help others.

My expectations for the organization are that it creates a work environment where I can contribute to the team, receive credit for my contributions, have a secure future in my field, and have the chance to progress.

Answer:

My most recent internship required me to oversee a small testing team and help them quickly obtain user feedback on a new feature that we were about to roll out. Two additional interns who had been working on the same topic as me. While one intern was assigned to EMEA and the other two to Asia, Australia, and Africa, I was given the Americas region. We first met to plan out our work, then got back again to combine our efforts and present our findings to our mentors. We were then requested to work on a related project for a different experimental smartphone function that was in beta after our study report was sent up the line of command. I was requested to serve as the team’s leader as well.

Answer:

I haven’t mentioned it on my resume, but I’m proud of my capacity for flexibility. I’d gone to a camp where there weren’t many places to sleep or eat. It was difficult due to the extreme cold and lack of gear, but I went on a hunt, grabbed some rocks, and created a fire for myself and my fellow campers, and we survived the night. That way, I can be confident that I can adapt to any circumstance.
