Question 1: Tell me about yourself.

Good Morning Sir/Madam.
Thank you for providing me this chance to introduce myself, first of all. My name is Jagriti. I’m from Vizag. I received my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from ABC College, which is a part of XYZ University. My strengths are I am self-motivated and an optimistic thinker. My short-term objective is to land a decent job at a reputable firm, and my long-term objective is to land a solid position where I can further my career and benefit the business. My work ethic dictates that I never pass up a chance to develop myself.

Answer:

Working hard and working smart are like two sides of the same coin. One must perform both. Because experience is gained by hard work, the experience itself is a byproduct of smart work.

As a graduate student, I want to begin my career, advance my knowledge, improve my skills, and support organizations. I also need to achieve financial independence. In order to satisfy my financial demands, I will take what you have given in accordance with the company’s policies.

Answer:

It solely depends on the circumstances. However, I personally prefer not to lie or make up reasons for why something happened rather than doing so and waste time trying to do so. Instead of trying to address the issue one way, I would rather talk to my team leader and come up with another plan of action.

Question 12: What are your major strengths and weaknesses?

Answer:

I am a quick learner and I enjoy learning new things that will make me a better person. I have a positive outlook, which enables me to maintain that outlook under pressure. I am, however, a little bit of an emotional person, and in some circumstances, it makes me weak and makes it difficult for me to focus. To get control of my emotional side, I generally listen to or read encouraging quotations.

Question 17: Can you work under pressure?

Answer:

Yes, I believe I can do well under pressure. According to me, job pressure is brought on by late work submissions; if the work was completed in advance, there would be no need for pressure. Even if the deadline is in 24 hours, I can do my task, and I am a well-organized person, therefore I must finish the work with or without pressure since I selected this route.
