About Deloitte hiring drive
Deloitte has followed the same syllabus and methodology for many years. Deloitte hiring process is divided into three rounds as given below:
- Written Exam
- Versant Test is also known as Deloitte SVAR.
- Interview round
To be chosen, you must first pass the written test, which is subdivided into sections in the table below.
After passing the basic written test, you must take the Versant Test, which will be an automated phone call that will assess your speaking and listening abilities.
Finally, for the final Selection, you will have to go through the Face to Face Interview.

- Number of Questions – 20 Questions, Time Allotted – 25 Minutes
- English
- Number of Questions – 10 Questions, Time Allotted – 10 Minutes
- Computer Fundamentals
- Number of Questions – 20 Questions, Time Allotted – 25 Minutes
- Coding Questions
- Number of Questions – 2 Questions, Time Allotted – 30 Minutes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full Time Graduate and Post Graduate (BE/B Tech, ME, MTech, MCA)
- 60% throughout the academics
- Gap between the study should not be of more than 1 years
- There should be No Backlogs at the time of Selection Process.
