I really follow the phrase that change is inevitable. The recent events of Covid 19 are perhaps the biggest example of it. As a student, I along with so many others was introduced to the world of online classes and online exams. Studying remotely and attending my lectures on a laptop was a huge shift from the regular college life I had. But I adapted and made sure that simply because the exams were online and the checking was not as strict that I will lessen my preparations. I studied the same as I would have the exams been in person, and I incorporated my free time into upskilling myself.

It is very important for us as individuals to be able to change and work according to the need of the hour. In my previous job, where I had started out doing a lot of manual data entry, a few months later, I was asked to switch to a computer program that will do the work for me. Being a non-technical person, it was a bit of a challenge accommodating to the program. I had one of my colleagues help me understand the work, and I also did my own research on the technology so that I can work with it and get good results.

I think adapting to a change depends on how big the change is. I once had to shift to a different city for a job.
