Answer 1:
During my 20’s I have received a job offer that is related to my current skill set. At that time, I rejected it but later I understood about the importance of that job. It would have been better for me if I join in that company. Now, I feel regret. So, I have taken a decision to upskill myself and started searching to join in other company where my skill set matches.

When I enrolled in the college, I decided to enter the BiPC field but opted for MPC field. I was very much weak in Mathematics. I have faced lot challenges for completing my course. Later I realized that my passion wasn’t MPC. Though I can’t go back and redo, I have decided in quitting the course and want to re-join again in BiPC field. After rejoining, I have successfully completed my intermediate course.

My manager criticized me for the work I have done. There are some errors in my work. He pointed out every error and told me to change since I didn’t reach his level of expectation. Later, I have realized that by keeping myself in his position and understood the work he had. I came to know that it is very much difficult for him to rectify each and every mistake. I feel regret for not reaching his expectation.
