Interview Experience
- Name: Atul Kumar
- College: MCE MOTIHARI
- Branch: CSE
Recently, I applied for Hexaware company from Prepinsta’s website. I got to know about Hexaware Drive through PrepInsta’s Instagram. This year Hexaware pattern has been changed.
I have prepared all these rounds from PrepInsta they have previous year's questions and answers and it helped me to complete the first round.
Round-1: (Aptitude):
In the written test you will get four sections and questions related to Numerical Ability, English Verbal, Reasoning, and Technical based questions that are mostly on Pseudocodes and Computer Fundamentals. The total no of questions asked is 75 and the time allotted to solve those questions is 75 minutes. There is no negative marking in this round.
I have prepared all the questions from PrepInsta and it has even Previous Year placement papers Questions and Answers also. It helped me more.
After I have received the selection mail from superset regarding the shortlisted email for the next round.
Round-2:(Communication Round):-
This round only checks our Reading, Listening, grammar, and general verbal ability. This round is also a elimination round.
After this round, I got a mail regarding selecting for the next round.
Round-3:(Technical Interview):-
The interviewer will ask mostly questions on programming languages that you mentioned in your resume. If you have done any project during your college days then he might ask questions based on your project. If you clear this round then you are 90% selected in the company. The Interviewer will ask the technical questions based on the programming languages such as C, C++, DBMS, Data Structure, etc.
There are some Technical Questions:
The questions will be based on the core topics based on your branch.
- Explain what is DBMS?
- How many types of instance variables are there?
- What do you think about the private constructor?
- Define Stack and the Queues in short?
- Can u give at least two differences between C and C++?
- What are abstract classes?
- Give any three differences between Interface and the packages?
- Define Inheritance?
- Define Pointers?
HR Interview Questions:-
- Describe yourself in 5 words?
- What are your pros and cons?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Which location preference do you want?
After this round and after some days, I have received a mail regarding selection for the job.
Tips for Interview:
- Prepare yourself more. If you prepare yourself more then, you’ll crack the interview process very clearly.
- Search for the previous placement papers and try to analyze them.
- If you have some senior friends who are already working in Hexaware then ask them to share their interview experience.
- I hope this answer helps. Bear one thing in mind: Don’t project false impressions to the interviewer.
BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!
