DXC Technology Syllabus 2024

It was a mixed feeling of nervousness and excitement both. I was nervous because I was not well known about the pattern of DXC and the type of questions which they ask during their recruitment process. But I was lucky enough that one of the seniors guided me for this and he is already placed in DXC. He suggested to me about PrepInsta.

From PrepInsta, I came to know that DXC Recruitment Process is divided into 4 Rounds

1. Online Written Test
2. Technical interview
3. Group Discussion
4. HR Interview

Online Written Test-

I solved all the questions of  PrepInsta and trust me the questions were of the same pattern that was asked in DXC Technology. The Written Test was divided into 6 sections.

After clearing Written Round Group Discussion was the next Round. I was a little confident about this round because I am good with my communication skills and I was good at debate also.

Group Discussion Round- 

We were divided into a group of 5 students and we were given a topic Digital India. After that my confidence boosts up because I was well known about this topic. And in PrepInsta they will also guide you how to clear the Group Discussion Round. This round also went well. The list was out within an hour, and I was selected for the next round as well.

Technical Interview- 

This is the toughest round because in this round you will be judged on the basis of your Technical Knowledge.

They will ask you questions related to technical background.

Few questions asked by me are-

1. Write a Java program to print the Fibonacci series.
2. What is the difference between ORDERBY and GROUPBY?
3. What is the stored procedure?
4. What are your technical certifications?
5. Give a brief description of your Major Project
6. Which is better ? SQL or Procedures
7. What are the features of the C language?
8. What is the Domain Naming Service(DNS)?
9. What is the use of printf() and scanf() functions?
10. What are the differences between references and pointers?

Thanks to PrepInsta I managed this round well and now it was the last round.

 HR Interview is generally the easiest round of the whole process. 

HR Interview-

In this round, the interviewer basically checks your confidence, your leadership and teamwork qualities. So one needs to represent himself in a good way.

When I entered the room the interviewer asked me for my resume and asked me to have a seat.

They will ask you mainly behavioral questions such as-

1. Introduce yourself
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses
3. What are your future career goals
4. Why you want to join DXC
5. Do you want to pursue higher education?

This Round also went well and we were informed that we all will get mail regarding the result after 7 days. A week later I got an email from the company that I got selected for the Job. Hence my interview ended on a happy note.
