Capgemini Exceller Latest Curriculum 2025
Capgemini Exceller has completely changed its selection process for the 2025 hiring cycle. The earlier Aptitude and Logical Reasoning sections have been removed, and several new assessments have been introduced.
As per the latest Capgemini Exceller Placement Papers and solutions 2025, the test now consists of 5 core sections.
Below is the updated list of sections included in Capgemini Exceller Placement Papers 2025:
- Technical MCQ + Pseudocode Test
- English / Communication Test
- Game Based Cognitive Aptitude Test
- Coding Test
- Behavioral / PowerSkills Assessment (conducted separately for some Off-Campus drives)
Important Note:
- Capgemini Exceller also asks coding questions for a different profile, wherein you have to solve 2 questions within 45 mins. Click here to learn more about it.
- Availability of PowerSkills/Behavioral Assessment may differ between On-Campus and Off-Campus drives. Some campuses include it inside Round 1, while others conduct it separately.
- Capgemini Exceller is hiring for 3 post this year i.e.,
- Analyst (A4): 4.25 LPA (this is base package and will be offered if you can not clear coding round)
- Analyst Star (A4(P)): 5.75 LPA (if you are able to clear 1 coding question then you will be offered this package)
- Senior Analyst (A5): 7.50 LPA (if you will be able to clear both coding question you will be eligible for this package)

Capgemini Exceller Game based Aptitude Test
This is all together a new section in the selection process of Capgemini Exceller for 2025 and 2026 passouts.
In this section there are a total of 24 games, out of which the system will select 4 games for you. Which will test your multitasking, memorizing, analyzing and logical thinking abilities.
Below starting each game there will be a demo for that game, which you can watch as many times as you want to. For each game there will be a time limit of 5-6 mins, in which you have to reach the maximum level which you can.

Capgemini Exceller coding section is only for those students who have qualified till Spoken English Round and if you will be able to solve 1 questions you will get package of 5.75 LPA and if you will solve both question then you will get 7.50 LPA package.

Capgemini Exceller Behavioral Competency Test
This section will judge your situation analyzing and decision-making skills. Do not get confused by the name of this section, this is just another name for the Psychometric Test. There will be situation-based questions in this test, which you have to agree or disagree with.
One of the most essential things to remember when answering these questions is to remember the answer you choose for each question.
Because there is a risk that the same question will be given in a different way later in the section, and if your answers do not match the two questions, you may fail this exam.

Today I would share my first campus interview experience. As you know Capgemini came last week in our college and I cracked the interview. So, I am very glad to share my experience. Our college before two weeks announced that this company will be coming to our campus for recruiting students. As you know it is a very good software company so, we were very glad after hearing this news. Then I started preparing for the interview. Daily I used to study 12 to 14 hours and made a routine for dividing all the subjects equally. Then I practiced quants in the morning and prepared subjects and also practiced essay writing.
Then the most awaited moment came which was the day when we were so glad and so tensed for that drive. In the early morning, I woke up and took a bath and dressed in a formal dress. Then we became ready to go to our college.
Then we became ready to go to our college. At 9 am we have gone to college. Then the hr of the company came and gave a presentation about their company. We were unknown about so many things that they have discussed. The discussion was so good and our interest in joining that company then increased. We were eagerly waiting for giving an interview and getting selected.
Then the first round which was Game-based aptitude and English communication started at 10 am. I got the result at 11 am that I got selected for the next round. Now this round was a technical round with a good number of conceptual technical questions. I also cleared that round then another round was of spoken english test which was AI based exam and after clearing that round as well the final round was face to face round. In the round, they were asking questions from my subjects and some hr questions were also very important questions. I was so satisfied with my interview.

You should give TCS iON CCQT Exam and CoCubes. Capgemini hires via both of them. The criteria is more 60% throughout and not more than 1 year gap plus no current arrears or backlogs.
