Step 1: Apply for the Job Role
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email invitation to attend online assessments.
Step 2: Online Assessments
The assessments are divided into two stages and must be completed within the scheduled time.
Mock Assessment
- Duration: 10 minutes
- Purpose: To ensure you have the right hardware, software, and internet.
- Mandatory: Yes
- Benefit: Helps you get familiar with the assessment format.
Assessment 1: Cognitive Assessment
- Duration: 50 minutes
- Questions: 50
- English Ability
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Abstract Reasoning
- Result Notification: Within 5-10 minutes after completion.
- Note: This is an elimination round.
Assessment 2: Cognitive & Technical Assessment

Eligibility Criteria 2025 for the role of System and Application Services Associate
Accenture Hiring 2025 for Non Engineering Graduate : Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Non-engineering graduates or postgraduates (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com) from the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Degree Completion: Must complete your degree within the standard duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years) with no gaps.
- Recruitment Process: Should not have participated in Accenture’s recruitment process in the last three months.
- Experience: Less than 11 months of work experience.
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in India. Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not need a work visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in different time zones/shifts and in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
- Relocation: Open to joining or relocating to any Accenture office across India.

Accenture Communication Assessment Round
This is the third assessment round of Accenture Recruitment Process. This is not an elimination round.
- After completing Cognitive and Technical round, candidates can give this communication assessment.
- Candidates will receive a separate email with timelines and login details to participate in this assessment.
- It is a verbal test that will assess you on the below parameters:-
- Sentence Mastery
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Pronunciation
- Time Limit- 30 Mins
Interview + HR Round
After Completing the test candidates will receive a notification to select the time slot for participating in the interview.
When you confirmed the slot you will get a confimation of interview details via mail or sms. There will be two panelist who will be interviewing you.
