Wipro WILP Interview Experience
Hey, I am here to share my Wipro WILP Experience. Wipro Conducted WILP Program Test for 2020 Passouts.Wipro conducted the drive to select BCA and B.Sc students all over India and the job role offered by Wipro WILP is Trainee Software Engineer.
Job Role and Service Agreement Stipend
Trainee Software Engineer and First Year: 15,488, Second Year: 17,553, Third Year: 19,618
Fourth Year: 23,000
Service Agreement of 60 months
Fortunately, I fulfilled the eligibility criteria, and so was able to attend the Wipro WILP Interview process. Primarily, the interview process consisted of the following three rounds
Wipro Placement Paper Test Pattern includes
- Written test :
- Quants Questions
- Written English test
- Logical Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
The platform used for the test was AMCAT. The test was Adaptive and the questions were of medium-high difficulty. There is no coding section in the Wipro WILP Test.
I was able to score 80-85 percentile in each of the sections, and so I cleared the sectional cut-off of Wipro WILP. Therefore, I was selected for the next round of recruitment.
The day after the written test, I went for the interview process.
First-round was communication round/ HR round
The HR interview questions were very much obvious. I was bombarded with the most awaited “Tell me about yourself” HR interview question. Then he asked me about my family background and my city. The HR was a nice person.
After the HR Interview, I went for the Technical Interview. There also, Interviewer asked me
Q1: to introduce myself.
Q2: What is TCP?
Q3: Describe the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic memory allocation vs. static memory allocation.
Q4: Explain interface and how to implement it?
Q5: What is deadlock? How can you prevent deadlock?
All I noticed and learned from my interview is: You must have the knowledge of data structures, Computer Networks, SQL, C language, and about your final year projects or portfolios that you had made in the final year of your graduation.
Two weeks after the interview, the result got declared, and I was selected. It was the moment of immense happiness and pride for me.
