Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process for Freshers.

The recruitment process of Tech Mahindra has been discussed on this page. The recruitment process is changed a little bit if compared with last year’s recruitment process.

Here you will get to know every thing about the recruitment drive of Tech Mahindra which is being conducted for 2023 off campus B.Tech Graduates. Once through the processes the student will be eligible to join Tech Mahindra.

The Post and the package in hand will be disclosed by the company at the time of confirmation e-mail.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

There will be negative marking this year.
The test will not be adaptive.
As the exam platform changed from last year the chances for getting difficult questions are high.
This year Tech Mahindra is Hiring at 2 packages i.e., 3.25 LPA and 5.5 LPA.
You can not go back to previous question, also you can not change answer of the attempted question.

Tech Mahindra 2023 Syllabus Pattern

Tech Mahindra Round 1 Details:

If you will be only able to clear Round 1 then your package will be 3.25 LPA.

Tech Mahindra Round 2 Details:

If you will be able to clear this round as well then your package will be 5.5 LPA

Note:- Candidates who will get selected in Online Assessment of Tech Mahindra will be required to go through a Technical Interview followed by a HR interview.

Step 1:-

System Check

This step is to find weather your system is compatible with the server of Tech Mahindra for giving the exam or not.

Basics of system check are:-

Having a system with working internet, microphone and a webcam.
The Software of the system should be up to date.
The minimum internet speed required to launch the server and give the test must be 2 mbps.
