Written Test:

The Capgemini Written exam includes following section:

When the students will clear this round they will be eligible for Next Round which is:

  • English Communication Test
  • Behavioral Competency
  • Coding Round (If you have cleared the Pseudo code and Game based with Good marks then only you will be allowed to sit in this exam)

After this there will be two Interview Rounds

  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview

English Communication Test

This is a AI based test where the system will check your following things:

  1. Reading and Grammar
  2. Comprehension and Listening
  3. Speaking

You most important thing for this round is your attention and pronunciation.

Behavioral Competency

This section will judge your situation analyzing and decision-making skills. Do not get confused by the name of this section, this is just another name for the Psychometric Test.

There is a risk that the same question will be given in a different way later in the section, and if your answers do not match the two questions, you may fail this exam.

Coding Assessment

The student who have performed well in Technical Assessment and Game based will be eligible for this round, otherwise you will be only able to give English Communication Test and Behavioral Competency Test, and your package will be 4.25 LPA.

Whereas, if you have attempted the Coding section well and answer both Coding Question then you will be offered package of 7.50 LPA and if you will solve 1 then you will be offered 5.75 LPA.

Capgemini Exceller Eligibility Criteria 2023

  • Candidates graduating in 2023 batch only
  • Academic Qualification
    • MCA, BE / BTech (Open for all branches for both B.E. and B.Tech)
    • ME / MTech students (Open only for Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science)
    • Should have 60% and above in Diploma, Graduation (aggregate of 7 semesters) and MCA (aggregate of 5 semesters)/ ME / MTech
  • Candidate should not have more than 1 year of gap between academic milestone stages
  • The academic milestone stages considered are X, XII, Degree and Post-Graduation
  • Candidate should not have any gap within an academic milestone
    • Candidate appeared for XII twice, will be considered provided both the marksheets are available
    • Candidate taking 5 years Vs 4 years to complete BE / BTech
    • Candidate choosing Degree after Diploma should not have any gaps between Diploma and Degree
  • Candidate should not have any backlog at the time of appearing for the process
  • Must be flexible to relocate to any Capgemini location, work across technology, domain, role and should be ready to work in shifts if required.
  • Should be open to sign Service Level Agreement at the time of joining
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test assessment / selection process
  • Entire Selection process from test to interview will be done in virtual mode
  • Candidates will be responsible for arranging required infrastructure for appearing for the selection process which will be conducted online
  • Candidates who had already attempted Capgemini Campus 2022 assessment process will not be eligible to apply and will not be processed further

Is there any negative marking in the exam?

No, there will be no negative marking for Cognizant Exceller Placement Test.  You can attempt all the questions but you need to practice well for this round.

What is the difficulty level of this Exam?

This year the difficulty is going to be moderate to high as now there will be extra section like English communication test in which students needs to pay extra attention.

What will be the Salary of this Exam

This year the salary will range between 4.25 LPA to 7.50 LPA.
