As we have to use only 3, 5, 6 and 9

As soon as we divide 7776 by 36 = (1 time), it becomes 216.

After that, we divide 216 by 36, Not 7776 again.

Hence, we can divide 7776 by 36 only 1 time.

To get 70 pieces, the shopkeeper will have to make only 69 cuts.

i.e. he can cut 70 pieces in 69*2 = 138 seconds.

After getting 68 pieces, he will have a 2 meter long piece. He can cut it into two with just a one cut in 2 second.

Hence, total time taken = 138 second.

A simple analysis shows that the persons either have to be both lying or both telling the truth.

But, since we are told that at least one of them is lying, the person with white shirt is an entrepreneur and the person with black shirt is a software engineer.

Here, we can not decide whether who is true and who is lying. Hence, we have to consider both are lying.

The children might be born in different months of the same year at the same time.

If he asks this to the liar, he will point him in the wrong way.
