Basic HR Interview Questions
Question 1: Are you fine with working night shifts?
You should always answer this question in affirmative. It is unlikely that you would get a night shift on the first day of the job (unless it is explicitly stated in job description).
Question 2: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Five years is a long time. Although I am not someone who plans so much in advance, if I have to say. I would see myself working a job, where I have realized my potential.
Question 3: What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is perhaps my ability to work seamlessly in any group or team I am put in. I am a people person and I enjoy working with a team.

As a fresher, I want to join Infosys to start my career. Infosys has always been my dream company, and its world class training facility is something every fresher wants to experience.

Question 10: What salary are you expecting?
Do not quote an exact amount. Tell the interviewer that your motivation for the job is not money. The best way to answer this question is to research the industry level pay range and give a range.
Question 11: What will you do if you are offered a job with a higher salary?
Your motivation for the job should not be money. Instead base the answer on how your decision will depend on the growth and progress of the job.

Always ask the interviewer some questions at the end of the interview. This shows that the candidate was serious throughout the interview.
