First we have to inverse the digit in the second column, then add the resultant in the first column.

Add the first and second digits of the first column, then do square of that number,
Same follows for the second and third column also.
5*2 = 10 = 10^2 = 100
8*9 = 72 = 72^2 = 5184
4*7 = 28 = 28^2 = 784

Just add the first add and second digits column wise then you will get the numeric position of the specific alphabet.
5 + 3 = 8 = H
8 + 3 = 13 = M
4 + 7 = 11 = K

Just subtract the numeric position of the first and second alphabets you will get the resultant alphabet. Like,

L - G = 12 - 7 = 5 = E

The logic is the difference of the square roots of first and second digits row wise, and then make the square of that number.
Square root of 225 is 15, square root of 169 is 13 their difference is 2 and its square is 4
Similarly 20 - 18 = 2 = 2^2 = 4

In this puzzle we will subtract the 1st row with the 2nd row and then take the square of the number.
Explanation:
(21-9) = 12^2 = 144
(27-13) = 14^2 = 196
(33-15) = 18^2 = 324

Subtract the cube of digits of the first column from the squares of the digits of the third column.
6^3 - 4^2 = 200
7^3 - 5^2 = 318
8^3 - 6^2 = 476

Multiply the first digit of the two digit number of the first and third number of the first row.
Then add the second digit of the same number of first and third number of first row,
then represent the resultant number in inverse order.
3*4 = 12, 8 + 2 = 10 = 1012
2*3 = 6, 9 + 4 = 13 = 136
