Let the sister’'s age be x and brother's age be 3x.
So as per question, 3x + 4 =2(x + 4). So x = 4.
Hence present age of sister is 4 years and present age of brother is 12 years.
So after 4 + 4 = 8 years, sister age would be 8 years and brother's age would be 24 years.
Hence brother’s age would be 24/8 = 3 times of sister’s age.

Let Rohit's present age be x
Rohit's age before 5 years = x - 5
Rohit's age after 10 years = (x + 10)
We are given that, Rohit's age after 20 years (x + 10) is 5 times his age 5 years back (x – 5)
Therefore, (x + 10) = 5 (x – 5)
