The entire MindTree Selection Process is divided into two rounds.

The Round 1 for MindTree Selection Process is a General Aptitude Exam like all other drives. It includes compulsory sections like Coding, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.

Note: This is an Elimination Round.
For this term, there will be no CMCQ for the exam. Students will have to attempt Coding Questions from three subsections which increase in difficulty as the sections move ahead. The three sub sections are as follows:
The Numerical Ability Section consists of topics such as Profit and Loss, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Speed, time and Distance, Number System etc. The difficulty for this section medium and consists a total of 30 questions.
The Logical Reasoning section lies between the range of medium to high difficulty. Topics for this section include Coding – Decoding, Letter Series, Puzzles, Odd One Out, Directional Sense, Blood Relations etc. Total questions for this section is around 30 questions.
The Verbal section comprises of simple grammar questions from various topics such as Reading Comprehension, Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Formation, Fill In The Blanks etc. Easy to medium is the difficulty level and total questions given in this section are 30.
Once you pass through both the Test Rounds, you will get the chance to appear for the interview rounds. The first Interview Round is the technical Interview.
For this section you need to have the following skills:
The last round in the selection process is the HR Interview Round. This round can be less stressful than technical Round but you need to maintain your posture and mind till the end of this round.
