Recruitment Process of HCL is divided into 2 main rounds i.e Online Test and Interview. Online test consist of 5 sub-sections i.e Aptitude, Verbal, Logical, Computer Fundamentals and Coding. Interview Round consist of 2 sub-sections i.e Technical and HR Interview.

Note:-  The students shortlisted from the online assessment of HCL Technologies will be called for further rounds – Technical and HR interviews.

HCL Recruitment Process : Detailed Information

General Information

HCL Recruitment Process is mainly divided into 2 rounds but in some colleges it is divided into 3 rounds i.e Pre -Placement Talk, Online Test and Interview.

Pre- Placement Talk :

  • The pre-placement talk is conducted with the students who have registered themselves for the HCL Recruitment Drive. Here, the HR conducts a PPT regarding the company’s culture, salary, future opportunities, roles and responsibilities. It is then followed by a QnA round where the students can clarify there doubts regarding the company or recruitment process.

  • It consists of 5 sections .

Interview:

  • Technical Interview: This assessment of HCL Technologies is conducted to examine the technical knowledge of the individual. It may vary between 10-30 minutes, solely depending upon the interviewer.
  • HR Interview: This interview of HCL Technologies is conducted to attain an idea about one’s personality, behavioural abilities and if he/she is a fit for the company’s environment or not. The interviewer may ask for the original documents for the purpose of Document Verification.
