As 6 oxen and 2 cows eat the grass together in a day, 30 units of grass is consumed per day i.e 24 units per day(by 6 oxen) plus 6 units per day(by 2 cows) is 30 units.

Finally, divide the total grass with units of grass consumed per day by the animals(by 6 oxen and 2 cows per day together) i.e 4800/30= 160 days The answer is 160 days
