Reading and Grammar

This is the first section that appears in Cognizant GenC Communication Assessment exam.

There are few paragraphs in this section and students have to go through the whole paragraph and answer the questions accordingly, based on Grammatical format, tenses and article, speeches, etc.

Pattern:

There will be multiple questions one after another, there will be timer in every question, once the time ends the AI will ask you questions and your PC mic will turn on and students have to repeat the sentence with proper grammatical format.

Point to remember:

  1. Read the sentence/passage thoroughly.
  2. Do not stress out because of timer.
  3. Do not get confuse with tough words.
  4. Answer with proper grammar.

Comprehension and Listening

This the second section, this section is little complicated section as well because students have to listen to short paragraph and answer the questions accordingly.

Pattern:

The AI will dictate a short passage pr sort story, and then you have to answer the questions at the end of the story.

Points to remember:

  1. Pay attention during the whole story.
  2. Grasp the important points.

Speaking

This the final section of Cognizant GenC Communication Assessment 2023, where you have to dictate a short essay or passage on provided topics.

Pattern:

There will be a topic on the screen, you will get time to think about that topic and than you have to dictate the whole passage or story based on that topic.

Points to remember:

  1. Use or proper punctuation.
  2. Use of proper grammar.
  3. Try not to stammer.
  4. Use complete sentences.
  5. Try not to complete sentence with question mark.

No, there will be no negative marking for Cognizant GenC Communication Assessment Test.  You can attempt all the questions but you need to practice well for this round.
