Once the written round is completed , candidates will receive a slot for the Interview. The interview will be done in two sections Technical/HR interview. In this round they will check your technical/domain based knowledge as well as they will ask basic HR questions just t0 check your personality and your approach.
Note: For GenC Next the Salary Package offered is 6.75 LPA.
GenC Next recruitment process: Flowchart
Cognizant is mainly hiring for GenC Next. So after the assestement round if you score 90 percentile or above then you will be directly moved to the interview round of GenC Next. If the interview round is cleared then they will give you the call letter , if your interview doesn’t went so good then they will offer GenC Elevate offer letter.
If you are not able to score 90 percentile atleast but you meet the cut off of GenC Elevate,they provide you another chance and your interview will be scheduled for GenC Elevate. IF your interview went well then you will be given offer letter for GenC Elevate else you will be rejected.
If your assesstement percentile doesn’t meet the criteria of GenC Elevate also then your candidature will be on hold and you can apply to future GenC CTS Oncampus/Furthur off campus for CTS.

If Your interview is not upto the mark, then they will give you a chance by offering you a different drive i.e.. GenC Elevate.
Ques: Is the salary package same for GenC Elevate and Genc Next?
No, The salary bar of GenC Elevate and GenC Next have a difference. For GenC Elevate they are offering 4LPA + Skill Bonus whereas for GenC Next they are offering 6.75 LPA
