This website is updated with all information regarding Cognizant GenC Next Recruitment Process 2025. Cognizant has separated their drive into four sections based on the role and salary of the employee. Cognizant GenC, Cognizant Elevate, and Cognizant Next are the three distinct drives.

Cognizant is now hiring for GenC Next, and you can discover the Cognizant GenC Next Recruitment Process 2025 on this page. Cognizant GenC Next is hiring through Superset Platform. But HackerRank is used for assessment. So Questions will be provided by HackerRank.

Cognizant GenC Next is conducted into 2 different rounds i.e Coding and Code Debugging.
Code Debugging round consists of multiple choice questions and Coding Round consists of coding questions having easy and hard level questions

Once the written round is completed , candidates will receive a slot for the Interview. The interview will be done in two sections Technical/HR interview. In this round they will check your technical/domain based knowledge as well as they will ask basic HR questions just to check your personality and your approach.
Note: For GenC Next the Salary Package offered is 6.75 LPA.
Cognizant is mainly hiring for GenC Next. So after the assessment round if you score 90 percentile or above then you will be directly moved to the interview round of GenC Next. If the interview round is cleared then they will give you the call letter , if your interview doesn’t went so good then they will offer GenC Elevate offer letter.
If you are not able to score 90 percentile atleast but you meet the cut off of GenC Elevate, they provide you another chance and your interview will be scheduled for GenC Elevate. If your interview went well then you will be given offer letter for GenC Elevate else you will be rejected.
If your assesstement percentile doesn’t meet the criteria of GenC Elevate also then your candidature will be on hold and you can apply to future GenC CTS Oncampus/Furthur off campus for CTS.
Cognizant GenC exam is classified into two categories. Skill based and Interview. The Skill based round is held in three rounds. The analysis of the rounds is given below-
