For HCL, the drive is divided into 2 sections:
  1. Aptitude Test – Those who clear the test with the cut-off decided by HCL will be called for the Interview Process.
  2. Interview Rounds – Upon successfully clearing this round, the candidates will be offered the job role of Graduate Engineer Trainee/ Software Engineer.
