The 1st step in the Intel recruitment process is shortlisting the Resume of Applicants for open positions.
Company visit colleges during On-campus placement drives to select applicants based on their Resume. The steps in Intel's campus hiring process after Resume Shortlisting are listed below:
Intel Recruitment Process consists of mainly 3 rounds:
- Online Aptitude Test
- Online Technical Test
- HR Interview
Note: Depending on the number of applicants, Group Discussions may also be held.
The 1st Round of Online Assessment includes, Aptitude Based Questions and 2nd Round includes Technical Assessment including - Computer Science Fundamentals and Coding Questions.
You will have to participate in a Group Discussion after the 2nd Round of Online Test as the part of Technical Interview, where the interviewer will provide the topic related to Tech Industry.
