Deloitte NLA Recruitment Process for Fresher 2025

The online assessment is structured into four sections, with a total duration of 90 minutes:

1. Language Skills (English):

   • This section includes 10 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 3 fill-in-the-blanks (FUBs).
   • It evaluates your proficiency in English, focusing on vocabulary, grammar, sentence construction, sentence arrangement, and overall language comprehension in a workplace context.

2. General Aptitude (Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Ability):

   • This section consists of 12 MCQs on reasoning ability and 10 MCQs on quantitative ability.
   • It assesses your general cognitive skills, logical reasoning abilities, and aptitude in handling data.
   • Some questions are based on a common premise and will appear sequentially. Instructions may vary for different questions, so it is crucial to read them carefully.
   • Certain questions may involve basic calculations, so it’s recommended to have a pen and paper on hand.

3. Technical Skills (MCQs):

   • This section comprises 30 MCQs.
   • It evaluates your knowledge in fields such as Testing, Computer Science, Networking & Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.
   • Additionally, it assesses your programming knowledge and skills in the languages you have chosen.

4. Technical Skills (Coding):

   • This section contains one live coding task and one live programming question.
   • Both tasks evaluate your programming knowledge and ability to write syntactically correct code. The programming question additionally tests your logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
   • You will be required to write code using the provided online editor and can choose from a list of programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.).
   • After writing the code, you can use the “Compile & Execute” option to test your code. If the code compiles successfully, you will see how many hidden test cases your code passed or failed.
   • The final version of the code you submit will be considered for evaluation.
