- Throughout the process, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic percentages, and you will be asked to update your online resume.
- Shortlisted candidates will thereafter be subjected to an AON Gate Assessment (online test) as part of the screening process.
- Shortlisted applicants from the online test will advance to the interview round.
- Next Round will be Personal Interview
- Candidates who have previously been offered/participated in the Wipro process will not be permitted to do so again.

1. Technical Skills:
- Understanding of the ideas and concepts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of both simple and complex SQL queries
- Writes SQL queries that are intermediate.
2. Communication and Excellence:
- Communication abilities that are exceptional (Oral, written and listening ability). .
3. Bond:
- Yes, a 12-month service agreement is required.
4. Important Note:
- Virtual Mode (SKYPE/ MS TEAMS/ZOOM) would be used to train all of the shortlisted candidates.
- This programme will last approximately 8 hours each day for 6 to 7 weeks.
- Candidates are not required to pay for the training.
- All candidates must have a fully functional laptop and a solid internet connection of at least 15 to 20 megabits per second.
- During training, there will be no compensation.
