 Round 1: The recruitment process consists of Aptitude test (Quants + verbal + Logical). This stage is mostly an elimination round. Most of the competition is found in this stage. There is a technical test also.

Round 2: Group Discussion – Your Personality and Speaking skills are tested here mainly. Just be confident and speak a unique point. They don’t eliminate here much if you speak up some good points and convince them.
