Juspay has come up with a brand new hiring challenge konown as Juspay Hiring Challenge 2022 for the students of graduating year – 2022 and 2023 across branches. The shortlisted candidates will be hired as full time interns for six months.

Process to Apply for Juspay Hiring Challenge 2022
Detailed Process
- Online Application is available on Dare2Compete.com.
- Throughout the process, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the assessments.
- All the candidates will be subjected to a preliminary round that is a MCQ challenges.
- MCQ Questions will be based on topics like C, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Object Oriented Programming, along with other computer science fundamentals.
- Shortlisted participants from MCQ round based on scores will undergo an online coding challenge.
- Shortlisted candidates , will be required to submit additional information for further process. This step is a must and will happen for all the shortlisted candidates before the final process.
- Evaluation criteria would include, but not limited to, the test score, time taken to complete the test, the quality of your code, resume, etc.
- Shortlisted participants will then take part in a 2-Day Hackathon.

Stages and Timelines for Juspay Hiring Challenge 2022
Timelines of Juspay Hiring Challenge 2022 is given below. Go through it thoroughly to understand the process clearly.
The preliminary round will be a MCQ challenge. The participants will have to answer 30 questions in 30 minutes. You’ll see VERIFY/PLAY button in this section if you’ve registered and are accessing the test from Desktop/Laptop. There is a time limit of 1 minute for each question. Questions will be based on topics like C, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Object Oriented Programming, along with other computer science fundamentals.

Shortlisted participants from MCQ round will undergo an online coding challenge where they will be tested on their basic coding skills. Based on their test scores, participants will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.

- Eligible participants, after registering for the challenge, will undergo an MCQ challenge.
- Based on their test scores, participants will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.
- Questions will be based on topics like C, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Object Oriented Programming, along with other computer science fundamentals.
- You have to answer 30 questions in 30 minutes.
- You can take the test anytime within the given Quiz Window.
- Shortlisted participants from MCQ round will undergo an online coding challenge where they will be tested on their basic coding skills.
- Based on their test scores, participants will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.
- It will be of 90 minutes to be taken in one sitting.
- Shortlisted participants will then take part in a 2-Day Hackathon.
- Details of this round will be shared with shortlisted participants only.
Detailed Information of Juspay Hiring Challenge 2022
Detailed Information about all the requirements and other needful for the Coding Hackathon are mentioned below:
1. Technical Skills:
- Questions will be based on topics like C, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Object Oriented Programming, along with other computer science fundamentals.
- Skill Required is Functional Programming.
2. Communication and Excellence:
- Communication abilities that are exceptional (Oral, written and listening ability). .
3. Bond:
- Bond details will be shared to selected students after internship, based on performance
- The shortlisted candidates will be hired as full time interns for six months (if possible, can be extended to 8-12 months) and will be converted to full time completely on the basis of their performance (work performance).
4. Important Note:
- It is for full time internship, no part time internship allowed. Please do not apply if you cannot do full time internship.
- Resume Submission is a must and will happen for all the shortlisted candidates before the final process.
- The candidates should make sure that they are accessing the test from Desktop/Laptop.
- The assessment can be taken between 12:00 PM IST – 06:00 PM IST on the mentioned dates.
