Cognizant GenC Elevate is one of the new hiring profiles of Cognizant. The package offered in GenC Elevate is more than Cognizant GenC but less than Cognizant GenC Next. GenC Elevate is the category for entry-level talent, who have Foundational knowledge in programming along with database skills. They are deployed to business units after additional training on required technologies.
To qualify for GenC Elevate assessment, candidates should have at least basic hands-on proficiency in programming, which should be supported through evidence submitted in the self-profiling process

NOTE- In last year Cognizant hiring only java and python were allowed for solving the coding questions, although for GenC Elevate they have not given any specific language, but we recommend you to give more focus on Java and Python.
