I’ve worked with a team on the majority of projects, and I’ve learned that combining several concepts will result in something unique and different. As a result, I enjoy working in groups. I was also interested in sports in college, so I understand the value of working as part of a team. Group work enables brainstorming and collaboration with my coworkers which can be fun.
Describe how you are a team player.
The response to this question highlights your collaboration within a group to solve difficult problems. This can give an idea about the candidate’s work ethics and how he comes up with the solution of problems along with the team members.

In college, I served in both scenarios. Both have their own set of advantages, and I am capable of working in any situation. However, I prefer working in a team environment because I believe working in a team helps to complete difficult tasks together, meet goals and manage projects.The team players actively listen to their teammates, respect the ideas of each other and have a goal to improve products and processes. In the times of conflict as well, I have learned through experience that it is important to listen to everyone and come up with a mutual solution. There is no use fighting and proving to be an incompetent team when it’s time for results.

Individuals work better alone as the task in their hand will require a lot of focus or concentration. While working in a team, there are a lot of unnecessary interruptions by other team members.
It is better to work in a team, as working in a team increases connectivity and brainstorming, more ideas are developed and improves productivity, problems are solved quickly, creativity is increased and we finish off the tough tasks together.
