TCS NQT Aptitude Syllabus and Pattern 2019-2020

TCS NQT Quants Syllabus Latest

Initially there used to be more number of question in Aptitude but now below are the stats :

• No of Questions Asked : 15 Questions
• Time Allotted : 30 Mins
• Out of 15 Questions
  • 10 are MCQ type Questions with 2 negative mark
   
  • 5 are FUB (Fill up the box type with 3 negative mark)-
   
  • MCQ Questions   – These type of questions have 4 options and only one option will be correct. You have to choose the correct option. This section will have negative marking of 0.33 marks and for every correct answer you get 1 marks. Please check about negative marking before you start the test in the instructions of the ttest as TCS might change the negative marking pattern this time.

   

  • FUB Questions  – The FUB (Fill up the box) questions, which till last year were called advanced questions, TCS changed the name this year. These type of questions will not have any option and there will be box where you have to enter your answer. If your answer is lets say 10 then you have to enter 10.00 if your answer is lets say linked lists then enter that. These questions don’t have any negative marking but for each correct answer you get 2 marks.Please check about negative marking before you start the test in the instructions of the ttest as TCS might change the negative marking pattern this time.

• Note : Logical Section is included in Quants itself and there is no separate section for Logical Reasoning

Difficulty

The questions from Quants are of Medium Difficulty and topics like Geometry and Reasoning are little tough.
