Wipro Interview Questions – HR Round
The last step is the HR round. This is generally the deciding interview, during which you discuss your career milestones. In this round you either get your dream job or not. To help you prepare well in advance, we have listed the ten most common questions you are likely to be asked. Go through them and develop your strategy to crack the interview like a pro.
- Tell me about you. This question is asked in almost all job interviews. It sets the stage and gets you talking. Answer the question by simply talking about your relevant experience and education. No life history is required here.
- Explain why I should hire you.The first thought that comes to your mind is, “because I am the best,” but that is not best answer. Answer the question by talking about your talents and skills and how they match the job profile. Include two or three related work experiences and how you excelled at them.
- Why do you want to work for our organization? This is the question where your prior research and homework about the company will come in handy. You might have already learned about the vision and mission of the company. Here is where you relate your long term career goals to those of the company. You can also talk about the job profile and help them understand your enthusiasm and passion about the domain you are stepping into. Showcasing your commitment to work is key at this step.
- Are you applying for other jobs as well? You can answer this question with honesty. Say that you have applied to some of the best companies and this company is on my priority list. Avoid discussing too much on this topic and try to divert their attention to something related to the job for which you are applying.
