I was selected for the next round as I scored well in the written round. Electronics MCQs were tough; else other questions were quite simple.
Round 2- First Group Discussion
I am not very good at GD, but I wanted to do good as I wanted the job at Reliance Jio. The topic for GD was, “India or West: What is the difference in the opportunities” Many candidates were nervous. But, I was relaxed and was waiting for my chance. I stated one point and won an argument from the opponent team. I got selected for the next round.
Round 3- Second Group Discussion
Very few candidates made to this round. The next topic given was, “How corruption is interfering in our education system.” We were given 5 minutes to write about the topic and 10 minutes for the discussion. I discussed every point in this round and made it to the next round.
Round 4- Technical Interview
In this round technical questions were asked:
- Give a brief explanation of AM and FM.
- What is modulation? And what places it can be utilized?

I answered all questions and so selected for the final round.
Round 5- HR Interview
Firstly they asked me about myself and my family. Then they asked some more technical questions which unfortunately I was not able to answer. In the end, I was not selected for any position. I was upset but was also calm that I was able to clear rest of the rounds, and got a productive experience.
After a year I reapplied for the job in 2018 in Reliance Jio and got selected they offered me a package of 3.5 LPA in the first year, which increased to 4.5 LPA (including 10% of Performance Linked Variable) after completion of one year.
