The process is further divided into two days and is meant to test all your problem solving skills and aptitude. The rounds included in the LTI Recruitment process for freshers 2023 are as follows:-

Day 1 – Cognitive Assessment
Day 2 – Level 1 – Spoken English Assessment + Coding 1
Day 2 – Level 2 – Coding 2

LTI Test Pattern For Freshers

Day 1 – LTI Cognitive Assessment

LTI Cognitive Assessment Test is divided into multiple sections whereas the whole process is segregated into 3 major rounds followed by Technical and HR Interview.

Round 1:

This level is divided into different sections i.e Quants, Verbal, Logical, and Technical MCQs. This is an Elimination Round.
If you are able to clear this round then you will get the chance to appear for Level 1 and if not then you will be Rejected.

Round 2: Level 1

In this Round there is a spoken English Assessment and one coding Question of medium difficulty.
If you are able to clear Day 1 and English Assessment then you will be offered with 4 LPA.
If you will be able to clear Level 1 then you will be eligible for Package of 5 LPA.

Round 3 : Level 2

Like Level 1, in this round you will get one coding Question to solve but of higher difficulty.
If you will be able to clear this Round then you will be offered with 6 LPA.

Cognitive Assessment

In this section there are 4 sections : Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Technical MCQs.

- Total Question – 12
- Total Time – 15 Mins
Verbal
- Total Question – 12
- Total Time – 15 Mins
Logical
- Total Question – 12
- Total Time – 15 Mins
CMCQ (Technical MCQs)
- Total Question- 20 Questions
- Total Time- 35 mins
Psuedo Code (Technical MCQs) :
- Total Question – 20 Questions
- Total Time – 20 mins
Automata Coding (Technical MCQs):
- Total Question- 2 Question
- Total Time- 40 mins

Note If you will clear this round then you will be eligible for Level 1 on Day 2

Level 1:

Once you will clear Day 1 you will be eligible to go for Level 1.

English Communication Test
Coding Question:
- Total Question: 1 Question
- Total Time- 60 mins (shared)
- Difficulty Level – Medium

Package: Those who clear all the rounds on Day 1 and English Communication Assessment on Day 2 will be offered 4 LPA.

Similarly Those who will clear Every assessment on Day 1 and Level 1 on Day 2 will be offered 5 LPA.

Note If you will clear this round then you will be eligible for Level 2

Level 1

English Communication Assessment
+ Coding- 1 Ques (Medium)

Coding – 60 mins (Shared)

Level 2:

This will be followed by Level 1 on the same day only.

Coding:
- Total Question: 1 Question
- Total Time- 60 mins (shared)
- Difficulty – High

Package: One who clears all the assessment on Day 1 and Day 2 will be offered 6.5 LPA

Level 2

Coding- 1 Ques (High Difficulty)

Coding – 60 mins (Shared)

Note If you will clear this round then you will be eligible for 6 LPA Interview

Interview

Interview Round is divided into 2 different Rounds i.e Technical and Personal Interview

Technical Interview- It is one of the tough round and question will be from Technical Background.
HR Interview- It is the easiest round and in this round interviewer will mainly focus on your Communication skills and Personality

What if I will not be able to clear the Level 2?

Don’t worry, If you will not be able to clear the Level 2 then you will still get the chance to sit in Interview for 5 LPA. And if you will be able to clear Level 2 then you will get the chance to sit for 6 LPA Interview.

What type of Questions will be asked in Interview round?

In LTI Interview there will be two different round, Technical and HR Round.

Clear by their name in one interview you will be asked questions on the basis of your Technical Knowledge and in Personal Interview the interviewer will ask question based on your personal skills.

Is Cognitive Assessment is elimination Round?

Yes, if you will not be able to clear Cognitive Assessment of LTI then you will be rejected at that very moment. And if you will be able to clear the Cognitive Assessment then you will be eligible to give Level 1.
