HR Interview is the last part of interview, and after this round you will be hired in NTT Data. It’s just a final formality and they would only ask basic HR questions. But don't take it too lightly.

NTT Data HR Interview

Some basic questions during HR Rund are-

1) Describe who you are. or Tell me about your background.

Tell the HR about yourself, about your education nad also about your family.

2) Do you have any serious medical issues?

If you do not have any of the above, do not give out too many details about your illness. For example, if you are suffering from cold flu, say so. Do not exaggerate the situation as it might create a negative impression wherein your HR will start to anticipate your absence in the near future.

3) Why do you want to work for this company?

I was delighted to see on your website that your featured employees are talking about how great it is to work for your company. These days so many people seem to despise where they work for one reason or another. It’s wonderful to see that your employees are proud to talk about how much they love their jobs.

4) Is there any location preference?

No, I am okay with any location.

5) Are you aware of company policy?

Yes, I have read

 

 

 

Few Points to be remembered during NTT Data HR Round

  • Just be genuine and be yourself and be cool and calm.
  • Never lie in the interview and if you are bluffing be sure you are prepared for the follow up questions
  • Be confident and sure about your answers.
  • Don't take the HR interview round lightly.
