College: NIT, Trichy
Branch: Computer Science
Type of interview: On-Campus Interview
The placement season was on, and we had many recruitment drives in our college. L&T
InfoTech also conducted an On-Campus drive in our college. Some of my friends were not
eligible for the drive as they did not have an aggregate of 60% in HSC and SSC or they had
some pending backlogs. Fortunately, my academic background matched the eligibility criteria
of L&T InfoTech, and I enrolled myself for the drive. For preparation, I referred PrepInsta as
it provided the most up to date study material.

Round 3- Technical Interview
In the beginning, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then inquired, which
subject I liked the most. I responded I like DBMS the most, and then he asked me most of the
questions from DBMS.
1. What are joints? Explain inner and outer joints.
2. Explain the ACID properties.
3. Write a query to implement inner joints between two tables.
4. WAP for palindrome.
I answered all the questions, and the interviewer seemed impressed.
Round 4- HR Interview
The HR interview was more like a formality where most questions on my personal life and
preferences were asked. The interviewer gave me some puzzles as well, which were fun to
solve. Finally, she asked if I was ready to relocate and I said yes. Before leaving, I asked her
some questions related to the work culture and took details about the job profile for which I
have applied. She politely answered all my queries.
After both the interviews, I was confident that I would get selected. Fortunately, I was right, I got placed at L&T InfoTech.
